I bought the max-width penis enlarger system. Let me tell you...IT DOESN'T WORK!!!! Somethings wrong. It doesn't have any suction. I thought I bought a lemon, and they let me exchange it (They don't usually let you do that), but the new one had the same problem. It's missing some rubber or something inside the actual pump thing so you get no suction. My wife tried something just to make sure. We screwed off the pumper(handle thing) and she sucked on the part where the handle goes (just a little bit), and it worked just fine! So its missing some rubber or something to create the suction. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS PRODUCT. IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND WAY OVER PRICED!!!!! Take your chances if you like but we had two and neither work, plus the second one was broken on another part. it works fairly well for me. I think what it does is open up your blood circulation so you can fill more blood in your penis for it to get bigger than you normally get. I wouldn't count on it to get hard if you have problems getting hard already. use Viagra or levitra for getting hard. Here are my measurements: before rubbing cream on, 6.5 inches long and 5 inches in girth. After cream, 7.5 inches long and 5.5 inches in girth. A big difference for me, but everyone could be different. i think smokers can see a bigger difference because blood circulation wasn't good to start with.
