I bought the max-width penis enlarger system. Let me tell you...IT DOESN'T WORK!!!! Somethings wrong. It doesn't have any suction. it works fairly well for me. I think what it does is open up your blood circulation so you can fill more blood in your penis for it to get bigger than you normally get. Here are my measurements: before rubbing cream on, 6.5 inches long and 5 inches in girth. After cream, 7.5 inches long and 5.5 inches in girth. A big difference for me, but everyone could be different. i think smokers can see a bigger difference because blood circulation wasn't good to start with.
