Ladies and Gents, save your money. I used this a few times (to be sure that I wasn't leaving a bad review too hastily) and I didn't notice any difference in the degree of "tightness". Not only did it not create the honeymoon fit that they describe in their little blurb about this product; it turned out to be messy. Do your kegels instead!
