Looks better than it performs. Interior sleeve is extremely tight, has no nubs or anything, and is too short. Pump hose just sticks into the end and easily falls out. Penis hits the end of the hose and is painful. Suction is good because the sleeve inside is so tight, but it just didn't do anything for me.

Does not work at all. There is no way to connect the bulb and hose to the sheath. The sheath is so narrow it barely accomodates a well lubed pinky finger. You basically buy two separate pieces neither of which is usable.
