Everyone of us has experienced a period of time called "honeymoon period" where two people just met, fell in love, and sex is hot and heavy especially. However, as time goes on, the female partner tend to withdraw from having sex often, which in return is very frustrating to her male partner.

I would like to discuss a few methods that is proven to work on women to bring out a more romantic and satisfying sex life for both of you.

1. Keep yourself and your partner in good physical shapes
This is a long term project for yourself and your partner. Sex in its rawest form is a very physical activity, the feel and the touch during sex are very important to both partners. In today's world, people are subconsciously attracted to certain body types because of the heavy bombardments of TV shows and commercials. It is almost impossible for everyone to look like them; however, just because you don't have six packs, doesn't mean you are not physically fit and attractive to your partner. Hit the gym and lift weights to increase these muscle mass. Do some cardios for your stamina. Most importantly, encourage your partner to go with you. Girls, try Yoga and Pilate, they are fun, and they can increase your flexibility, which doubles the points in bed. 2. Spice it up
One of the biggest problems for partners to lose interest is the routine sexual activities. You can't just set a time and date to have sex, and you can't just have the same old routine during sex. It becomes extremely boring after a while. Try to create an unpredictable environment for sexual activities. If you have never used sex toys, try to surprise her with a bullet (a great startup sex toy). Another great way to spice it up is try blindfolds and cuffs. You can trust me, not many women will say no to blindfolds. It is just another fantasy of ours.
