Great restraint, will fit around ankles or wrists, very comfortable. Velcroe was too long and kept getting caught on my outfit so i had to cut it to make it a little shorter. Other than that it is a great buy with many possibilities, the rings on the sides are like keyrings so u can take off the hook thats on it and add a different one...the possibilities are endless.
