Suction cup is nonexistent. The taper isn't complete enough before the base to get past the internal sphincter to allow it to be retained in the anus. Unless constant pressure is held against the base, the plug just shoots right out. Size is about right for beginners or those wanting minimal sensation. Wouldn't recommend.
