I received this game at my bachelorette party, and thought it was a little cheesy at first. The couple holding hands on the beach seemed a little too cliche. I figured I would just put it in the back of the shelf to collect dust. Do not let the romantic cover fool you, this game is definitely hot! Orgasm is the name of the game, and unlike other adult board games, Pleasure Island wasn't afraid to instruct my sweetheart and I to do the things that make that happen. By the time we were done playing, we were 'done' (if you know what I mean). If you are looking for a grown up version of Spin the Bottle, this game is not it, it's way more racy than that!
