All returns must go through the RMA process. Please click here for the RMA form.
For all orders, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
When returning your package/s please include:
- The packing slip
- A note telling us what the problem was
- A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.
Refunds for returned/malfunctioned items
- All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund, exchange or credit.
- Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded.
- Shipping charges will be refunded after we have received and verified the condition of the product for malfunction items.
- Credit card refunds will appear on your statement in the next billing cycle or, in the case of online banking, should appear in your account within 10 business days.
Returning Sex Toys
- We cannot accept packages that are opened or show evident signs of use or tampering.
- Oils and lubricants may not be exchanged
- In order to receive an exchange item, please send item back to address shown in return label and include a letter stating what was found wrong with the item.
- We are not responsible for shipping charges for exchange items sent back to our warehouse.
- Items returned for malfunction exchange will be shipped out via USPS at no extra charge to the customer.
- Due to the ease of duplication, video and audiotapes are returnable only if the seal is unbroken.
- You may return unopened videos for up to ninety days after purchase. In exchange, you will receive either a store credit in the amount of the purchase (minus the cost of shipping and handling) or a replacement item of the same value.
- We can only accept opened videos for return if they are broken or defective, in which case we will send you another copy of the same video at our cost.
- We cannot offer credit or an exchange for a different product for any video that has been opened. Before you return any item, please email us at email@example.com
