This may be called the initiation kit, but this is not for first timers. Other than that the description is accurate. I found the smallest dong was easy enough to get in, but the medium dong felt as though it would tear me apart the first time. After getting used to the medium, the jump to the large wasn't as noticeable. Overall, very pleasureable! ( I have used it almost daily since I got it) Once again I strongly suggest anal beginners start smaller.
