Does what it says even under water. Vary impress. My wife and I both thought it felt fine and did not heart her.

This is the best lube we have found. Its odorless and even tasteless. Not sticky at all. Great for toys or anal play. Never tried it in the water so cant verify that claim. A little more expensive than others but definatly worth it. Have ordered our second tube already.
