I discovered that how you put it on makes all the difference: the long strap must encircle both the penis and testicles, then the ^T^ part should come _forward_ to separate the testicles, like in the picture on this webpage. When I first got mine, I tried following the picture that came with the product: I encircled just my penis with the long strap, then moved the ^T^ part backwards, but I couldn't get my balls to fit! So don't give up on it; follow the example photo here, and it'll work.
