Aloha, I just purchased the Jungle Jigglers under two weeks ago, here in Kona Hawaii. I love it, and very sorry to say that the bottom cracked and just fell apart today? It is very thin, and the batteries are heavy it seems? I don't know how to handle this? I sent my warranty in, and now do I mail you the Jungle Jigglers back?
I paid $45.95 for this on my Bank Card.
I wanted a nicer toy, but the Kona (small town) did not have much to pick and choose from. Also, I wanted a 'rechargable' type of toy, but the manager of the shop said he was 'out' of them?
Could you please advise me, and I would be interested in a better quality item next time. I am sad my toy broke and would like to remedy the situation as soon as possible, as you can imagine/understand?
