I have had orders for this pump for those with erection problems and those without problems and each person that gets them is truly impressed. It is used to basically suck the blood back into you penis and then you slide a rubber ring down onto your self and go to work on your partner without the worries of going back down quickly. It is not recommended that you use the rings on yourself over 30 minute sessions, but the pump can be used to keep it extremely pumped up and go back and forth between the pump and partner for that really pumped up feeling for those without erection problems. To help with an erection that is not there,(To make one erect and sometimes larger) then I believe this pump is well worth the price paid.
