Powerful Suction bulb falls off, losing suction. Stroker rams bulb into head, it does not stroke. So if you can get this to stay on halfway up and use electrical tape to hold the pump on, and move it up and down yourself for 'stroking action', then it works. Warning, comes with no instruction and I have no idea how to clean this out, therefore, might be good for one single use.
