I couldn't understand what the bulb is there for. With it on, you can't thrust your penis in and out, it is airtight. You have to pump the bulb which moves your penis up and down like an inch. I ended up taking off the bulb. It felt so good, the plastic casing around the sleeve transmitted the vibrations all over my dick. I would recomend buying the Hand Job Stroker too, it is a much better sleeve. The one included just has half spheres studded inside it, while the Hand Job Stroker has little tentacles. The only problem is with the bulb off, it whistles when you pump.
