So long as you follow the directions, this won't work very well. I put the hose from my Oro-Simulator between the bulb and the unit. Detach the vibro-control unit, and WOW! What a blow-job! I couldn't understand what the bulb is there for. With it on, you can't thrust your penis in and out, it is airtight. You have to pump the bulb which moves your penis up and down like an inch.
