Good product. We started with regular 3" extension, and the wife loved it! Our only complaint about that model was with it on, the area over the penis was much thicker than than the extension portion of it. This extra thick version solved that problem, and with it on the shaft is all uniform size throughout. The only complaint about this product we have is how thick the sleeve is that fits over the penis. The 3" version was easy to roll up and put on as the material was quite a bit thinner, but this one is so thick that it makes it a real challenge to even roll up. We didn't care for this too much. I think this is for men with smaller penises. 4" is too much for us. It didn't feel realistic (inside of me) and neither one of us climaxed while using it. My husband said all he felt was pressure on his penis. I think this was a waste of money.
