For each hole there are two rubber shafts your penis slides in. The walls of these shafts are dotted with little rubber cilia that poke uncomfortably at your penis. Better to slide into a chick with moderate diarrhea, the feeling would be just about the same. If the cilia were made out of a like-real-flesh material and there was A LOT more of them, then okay, but as it stands, the shafts suck.
