I really hated this stuff. It's very thick and loses it's lubricity very quickly into sex. It then becomes a sticky mess that leave your penis stuck to her vagina. The worst part is that if you add more of it while having sex, it just gets stickier and slimier. It gives some sort of warming sensation but nothing too extreme. It didn't bother me but it didn't help. I'd avoid this.
