I agree with the previous reviewer. Everything about this gag is fine, except for the taste. Truly horrendous, washing doesn't help and the taste and sensation stays in your mouth for hours.

Very durable, good design.. However this thing tastes horrible! We have washed this thing so many times and it still is bad. To make matters worse, whatever is in the material also makes your mouth and lips very numb and tingly. We combat that by either using a dental dam, or just wrapping some plastic wrap around it.
